Assistance is provided bi-monthly and available to low-income individuals/families on an emergency basis.

ID is required for all members of the household, as well as proof of address.

 

FOOD BANK DONATIONS

We will happily accept donations of non-perishable food items that have not yet passed their best before/expiry dates.  If you have donations for the food bank please visit our office during our business hours and hand your donation to one of our staff members (ring door bell at the front door).

Toilet Paper 

Toothbrushes

Shampoo

Deodorant

Pasta

Pasta Sauce

Canned Fruit and Canned Vegetables

DID YOU KNOW? 

In January 2023, 349 individuals accessed our Food Bank,

including 20 households who accessed our Food Bank for the very first time.

​

When someone visits our food bank, they are given a Grocery Gift Card that allows them to shop for items that they need most for themselves and their family. Non-perishable food items are also given to supplement the gift card.

 

The need is greater than ever.
