Pathway of Hope 


 The Pathway of Hope is a specified approach to providing strengths-based case management to people with a desire to take action to break the cycle of poverty. 

  • Designed to teach a broad set of social and behavioural skills that will enable participants to reach their individual potential.

  • Participants will learn new strategies and coping mechanisms that will have a positive impact on their lives and allow individuals to move from "crisis living" to planning for their future.
